Pasture-raised Berkshire pork, raised the honest way.

A small family farm tucked in the Southern Catskills of New York. We raise heritage Berkshire pigs on open pasture — with fresh air, rotating grass, and the room to be pigs. Taste the difference on Saturdays at our on-farm store.

Why Berkshire, why pasture

Happier pigs make better pork.

Pasture-raised is slower and costlier — but our pigs and our customers are worth it. Here's the short version of how we do it.

No. 01

Heritage breed

Berkshires are a heritage breed with a history dating back to the 1800s, once raised on the grounds of Windsor Castle. Often called Kurobuta in Japan — what Wagyu is to beef.

No. 02

On pasture, not in pens

Open access to rotating pastures with open-ended shelter. The pigs choose sunshine or shade, forage freely, and always have fresh water and supplemental grain.

No. 03

Honest, low-stress

A humane, natural environment — no close confinement. We think a low-stress life is the single biggest reason our pork is superbly marbled and full of flavor.

About the family

A labor of love in the Southern Catskills.

ALL Family Farm is a small family-run farm located in the Southern Catskill Region of New York. As a veteran-owned and operated farm, we strive to provide the highest quality meat at reasonable prices — a commitment that led us to focus solely on Berkshire pigs.

Fresh air and friendly animals go hand in hand here. Farming is a labor of love, and often involves early mornings and late nights. What better way to bring a family together than to work on something with tangible results? Countless hours have gone into building and improving the farm and the herd.

"If you are like us and believe in buying locally, humanely sourced food for your families, you've come to the right place."
